Everest Land Title Agency Announces Its Poland Location

The corporate office of Everest Land Title Agency is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio and has now expanded operations to include a location in Poland, Ohio.

Stephen Crawford, President and Owner of Crawford Law and Everest Land Title Agency, together with Robert Moderalli, an attorney for Crawford Law and native of Poland, Ohio, have expanded title operations to include a location in Poland, Ohio.

The newly remodeled building is located at 95 West McKinley Way, directly across the street from Farmers National Bank. You can’t miss it!

The Poland location houses Crawfod Law, LLC as well as Everest Land Title Agency offering litigation and title support for residential and commercial real estate transactions. The group is spearheaded by Robert Moderalli and Heather Farrar.

More About Robert:

Robert Moderalli is a 1986 graduate of Poland High School and a life-long resident of Poland, Ohio. Robert is a senior litigation counselor for Crawford Law LLC. and represents creditors in litigation involving creditors’ rights, foreclosure, breach of contract, forcible entry and detainer, bankruptcy, and eviction actions.  Robert’s loss mitigation experience includes commercial and residential mortgage loan and deed in lieu of foreclosure. He has a passion for real estate, construction, zoning and land use development.  Robert has represented banking clients in over thirty jurisdictions in Ohio and is also very passionate about litigation management and courtroom procedures. In his spare time, Robert is an avid fan of Geneva-on-the-Lake and enjoys weekend time there during all four seasons.

More About Heather:

Heather Farrar resides in Struthers, Ohio and was a graduate of Struthers High School in 1998. Heather has a background in providing exceptional customer service since 2006. In 2012 she joined the real estate industry to further her knowledge of the local area as well as general real estate practices. Then in 2021, Heather took the leap into the title industry.  Now, she assists clients through the closing process and takes personal satisfaction in helping them as they become new property owners. In her spare time, she enjoys supporting her family and community and finds that being a part of a tight knit community is so important for family, friends and benefits local businesses.
